Description

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance-driven digital design. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision. • Experience creating for paid social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Proven leadership in managing design initiatives and mentoring junior designers. • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs.
