Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience working in a tech start-up/scale-up or SaaS environment. • Remote troubleshooting. • Proficiency in endpoint, network and system administration. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
