• TRAILD is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. • This is an opportunity to make a real impact and support more businesses digitise their existing operations with enhanced automation and security. • You will play a critical role in the operational system of a fast growing sales and marketing team. • Working through a range of tasks from data/lead management, CRM processes, sales and marketing reports and SOP document creation. • Preparing customer proposals and seeking new lead opportunities from online sources.

Requirements

• Recent university/college graduate with a degree in Operations logistics, Business, Analytics or related. • Preferred Knowledge of CRM platforms (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce) and a champion of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • A thinker with a technical or operational mindset, ideally with a touch of experience in Accounts Payable, ERPs, or the pulsing life of a startup. • Strong written English skills and a digital native at heart. • Proactive, with a willingness to ask questions and learn. • Eagerness to improve processes and take initiative beyond assigned tasks. • Intrinsically proactive, with a curious mind that doesn't shy away from questions. • A natural go-getter, driven to excel and innovate beyond the confines of your role. • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
