Requirements

• Experience as a Financial Planner • Experience in a Paraplanning role (preferable but not essential). • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel and Databases. • Cash Flow Modelling (preferable but not essential). • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication. • Technical competence across all areas of financial planning. • Good decision-making skills. • Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines. • Ability to coach and provide feedback. • Good technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations. • Essential - Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) • Desirable - Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning/Chartered Financial Planner or willingness to progress to this • SPS holder • CAS holder
