• Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is a financial planning company focused on wealth management. • Advise business clients on insurance and employee benefits. • The role requires covering a Group Risk portfolio during maternity leave.
Requirements
• Health, Wellbeing & Group Risk knowledge and expertise • Experience of working within a relevant FCA regulated business. • IF7 or GRI qualification is a MUST • CII Qualifications • Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent. • Strong technical understanding of employee benefits design and products. • Analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data. • Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and Word • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships • Strong process orientation with a desire to do things right first time. • Ability to plan own workload and manage conflicting demands and deadlines. • Be a great, creative problem solver. • Be able to influence people to change their behaviours and established practices. • Maintain high standards of performance and activity. • Be self-motivated with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude. • Professional in manner and approach. • Presentation skills.
