📋 Description
• Beratung unserer Kunden sowie eigenverantwortliche Konzeptionierung, Realisierung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen auf Basis der TIVITY Plattform • Erstellung von ganzheitlichen Lösungen, d.h. von der Idee, über detaillierte User-Stories, Mockups, bis hin zum fertigen Produkt • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Projekt-/ Entwicklungsteam zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs • Intensive Produkt-/Wettbewerbsanalyse von innovativen & marktführenden Software-Lösungen • Moderation von Workshops zur Lösungsfindung fachlich anspruchsvoller Themenkomplexe
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Sektor oder Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder -ingenieurwesen, Informatik • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als IT-Consultant, Product-Manager, Solution Architect oder ähnlich geartete Tätigkeiten • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, User-/Produktanforderungen zu analysieren, interpretieren, Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und umzusetzen • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Aktivitäten und/oder Projekten • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Change-, Release- und Testmanagement • Kommunikations-, Team- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie Lösungsorientierung und analytisches Denken • Erfahrung mit verteilten Teams & remote Working, d.h. separates Büro-Zimmer und gute Infrastruktur ist vorhanden • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung, Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick sowie Zielstrebigkeit • Kenntnisse agiler Arbeits- und Softwareentwicklungsmethoden (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Zertifizierung als Professional Scrum Master oder Scrum Product Owner runden dein Profil ab, sind aber keine Voraussetzung
