Description

• Understand the needs and/or setup and configuration of the Tixr platform • Provide guidance and support to clients during the technical implementation phase • Assist in planning and organising logistics for onsite visits and field operations • Liaise with the client and internal teams • Ensure our CRM is up to date with necessary information • Act as lead for onsite support for clients • Schedule and coordinate meetings and training sessions • Gather feedback from clients and communicate back to London and US HQ • Foster strong relationships with clients • Generate reports summarising the progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Native or Fluent Dutch speaker • 4+ years of experience in a client services role • Detail-oriented and highly organised • Strong service orientation • Excellent project management skills • Quick learner • Great communicator with a professional demeanour • Passion and appreciation for technology, design, and live events • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands • Creative problem-solving skills • Understands technology systems and processes (CRM, Google Drive, Project management tools, etc)
