Description

• Teneo Linguistics Company is seeking a skilled Translator/Interpreter to join our dynamic team. • Responsible for accurately translating and effectively interpreting written and spoken communication between languages. • Facilitate effective communication and understanding across languages and cultures. • Translate written documents from source to target language while maintaining accuracy. • Interpret spoken communication accurately, enabling clear conversations between parties. • Assist in cultural adaptation to ensure content is culturally appropriate. • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide solutions for language-related challenges. • Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards. • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in translation, interpretation, linguistics, or a related field. • Proficiency in English and Spanish • Proven experience as a Translator/Interpreter, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. • Proficiency in both source and target languages, with strong linguistic and cultural understanding. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in the use of translation and interpretation tools, software, and resources. • Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different language requirements. • Professional certification or accreditation in translation/interpretation is a plus.
