• Provides sales and service to customers calling in (No cold calling) • Determines the customer’s needs and recommends the appropriate plans available • Processes changes to existing policies • Remains knowledgeable on updated products, services, and procedures
Requirements
• High School degree/GED • Two years of Customer Service experience • RIBO license preferred • Dependable and able to work 9:30-5:30 Monday - Friday • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse customer base
