• Coordinate and perform tasks at the directive of the Accounting Manager • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivables using accounting software • Invoice review, payment and tracking • Monitor company credit cards & receipt reconciliation for employees • Maintain integrity of company’s established accounting processes • Daily review of assigned company bank accounts • Process Quickbooks entries and transactions • Provide exceptional and accurate customer service
