Description

•Work closely with the Marketing Director, supporting on the planning of campaign activity, •Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, WhatsApp, SMS) to enhance brand credibility, •Support the Marketing Director to drive brand awareness and maximise revenue in Australia, •Work closely with the partnerships team to drive sales for partners •Work closely with the SEO team to optimise AU rankings and produce powerful evergreen content •Work with the broader CRM team to ensure that lifecycle and emergency comms are optimised •Provide regular reporting on programme and campaign performance alongside strategic recommendations •Support local perspective and insight into paid marketing efforts •Drive innovation for the marketing team across new channels •Manage relationships with partners, vendors and other stakeholders •Utilise data-driven insights to identify CRM opportunities •Oversee merchandising of TodayTix app and website for all Australian markets •Assist in launching, building and maintaining a strong social presence and community management •Conceptualise, implement and report on localised content strategy

Requirements

•3-5 years of marketing experience at a fast-paced B2C company •Experience in performance marketing •Creativity, flexibility and an agile approach to comms planning •Knowledge of the AU arts/culture/entertainment sectors
