Description
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver best in class, innovative user experiences for after school directors & enrichment providers • Generate wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms • Translate user insights into design solutions that enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement • Conduct user/market, usability, and competitive design research • Ensure Togetherhood’s brand identity is considered and integrated into all features • Conduct internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial design specifications • Work with the operations team to drive measurable UX decisions
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects • Familiarity with designing for responsive web and mobile platforms • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite • Basic understanding of front-end development principles • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Enthusiasm for children’s enrichment and education
