📋 Description

• Togetherwork provides Software-as-a-Service solutions to a variety of communities and businesses. • You will be responsible for attracting site traffic through social media and events, converting that traffic into qualified leads, and optimizing those leads to close into customers. • You will lead our Petcare vertical solution social media presence, including strategy and engagement, and manage webinars and the trade show experience. • Grow marketing-qualified leads and increase brand perception by converting organic social media traffic. • Collaborate with other teams, like support, sales and product to create content, webinars and how to videos. • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database. • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to the management team and actively monitor the contribution of marketing to the overall revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in marketing or a related field • 5+ years of successful B2B lead generation experience with track record of being accountable to lead generation goals • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. • Strong demonstration of a “test, measure, learn” mentality • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies. • Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook ads, etc.) • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills • Ability to strategize and present opportunities • Eagerness to drive growth • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
