Description

• We help clients engage alumni during and after fundraising efforts. • Conduct pre-campaign feasibility studies and direct capital campaigns. • Work autonomously to achieve client and internal goals. • Communicate with a variety of stakeholders while producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment. • Conduct major gift prospect research. • Schedule and conduct interviews that will inform, educate, and cultivate major gift prospects. • Analyze interview results and formulate recommendations for a capital campaign. • Develop and implement campaign strategies. • Identify, recruit, train and manage volunteer campaign leadership. • Schedule and conduct solicitations to secure campaign contributions. • Comply with Company policies and ethical principles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, higher education, or consulting required • BA/BS degree is required • Working knowledge of databases, and/or fundraising database software required; experience with Salesforce preferred • Exceptional level of organization and project management skills • Ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and key contacts • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of a organization • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail • Ability to lead and manage internal account teams, assisting with communication campaigns, data maintenance and payments systems • Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Experience working for non-profits is a preferred • Membership in a Greek social organization preferred
