•Spearhead product strategy and execution for fast-growing SaaS business •Drive innovation and elevate user experience •Collaborate with senior leadership for product vision and roadmap •Oversee entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities •Drive product initiatives for revenue growth and customer retention •Lead and mentor a team of product managers and owners

Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years' product leadership experience in SaaS organizations •Proven track record of implementing product management best practices and bringing products to market •Deep agile experience focusing on MVPs and ruthless prioritization •Experience managing various customers, balancing enterprise and SMB needs •Leadership finesse, inspiring and managing cross-functional teams •Strategic thinking, using data to drive decisions •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
