🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or ACCA preferred. • Extensive experience: 7+ years (Post Articleship) in progressively senior finance roles within the fintech industry, demonstrating a strong focus on reconciliation processes. • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Proficiency in financial software and reconciliation tools, with a preference for experience with fintech platforms and payment systems. • Must have crypto finance experience • Exceptional analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills. • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
