📋 Description

• TokenTax is looking for a Senior Web Designer to elevate our visual identity and create exceptional brand experiences across marketing, product, and digital touchpoints. • You’ll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop a cohesive, flexible brand system that grows with our business. • If you’re passionate about storytelling through design and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, we’d love to hear from you. • Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to craft a compelling and cohesive brand experience across our website, marketing campaigns, product interface, events, and other branded touchpoints. • Maintain and expand TokenTax’s brand system to ensure consistency, flexibility, and scalability as the company grows. • Establish and refine how our visual identity is applied across all customer and user experiences. • Advocate for the TokenTax brand and ensure high-quality design standards across all assets. • Work with external partners—including illustrators, motion designers, and video producers—to bring our brand to life through high-quality visuals and creative storytelling. • Design with an iterative mindset, testing and refining concepts based on data, user insights, and experimentation. • Drive brand consistency across marketing channels while identifying opportunities to evolve and innovate our visual system.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, either in-house or at an agency. • Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and composition. • Strong foundation in web design, typesetting, visual hierarchy, and responsive design for mobile websites. • Experience creating and applying visual identities across various formats, including web, digital campaigns, environmental design, and product UI. • Strong portfolio showcasing a passion for branding, brand systems, and thoughtful execution. • Familiarity with motion design and the ability to collaborate with motion designers to bring animated elements into a brand system (direct experience in motion design is a plus). • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams. • A desire to stay informed about emerging design trends while maintaining a unique and opinionated approach to branding. • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a creative and collaborative mindset.
