β€’ We need a hands-on Director of Customer Success. β€’ Work directly with our founders to run payroll with token grants and build our customer success strategy. β€’ Responsible for customers achieving their desired outcomes while driving adoption, retention, and growth. β€’ Thrive in a startup environment and dive into day-to-day tasks to ensure client satisfaction. β€’ Background in payroll with experience running payroll in multiple countries is mandatory.

β€’ 5+ years experience in payroll β€’ Startup experience required β€’ Creative problem-solving mindset and ability β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Eagerness to learn and a desire to win
