• About Toku • Toku is a high-tech global compensation and employment platform. • Offering capabilities of real-time tax calculations and unified global API for employment solutions. • Assist Payroll team in BAU aspects of payroll and key projects. • Lead on all German payrolls and be point of contact for additional.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong German payroll experience with a minimum of three years • Solid functional knowledge of payroll processing and best practices • Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate • Capable of working independently whilst using own initiative, as well as a member of the team and in partnership with external vendors. • Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work in an agile environment whilst remaining flexible and adaptable to change • Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency in German and English • Uses initiative to solve problems • Critical thinking: questions the why and the how, thinks about impact for the future • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
