• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role, preferably in the payroll or finance industry. • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established workflows. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools. • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
