📋 Description
• We need an experienced and vigorous IT License Manager who will get the job done and enrich our team with knowledge, expertise, and experience. • Coordinate with vendors for the purchase, renewal, and termination of licenses; • Review and negotiate licensing terms and agreements with vendors to ensure the organization receives optimal pricing and service; • Identify opportunities for cost savings by optimizing software usage and reducing underutilized licenses; • Work closely with IT, finance, legal, and business teams to understand their needs. • PROJECTS EXAMPLES Annual vendor agreements renewal and negotiation process; Software asset management tool implementation; Implement cost saving initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Russian and English • Prior experience managing licenses for applications like Atlassian, Microsoft, or other enterprise software solutions is a strong plus • Understanding of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS, etc.), legal, finance and compliance requirements • Knowledge of budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
