• Lead planning, executing and delivering successful product updates, features, and new add-on modules • Gathering market intelligence and competitive research • Educate sales and customer-facing teams with market challenges, trends, and how Telarix empowers operators to address each one of them • Lead product marketing in internal and external communication • Customer engagement • Working with R&D in delivering high quality product releases
• Bachelors or Master’s Engineering Business degree is a plus • 8+ years of professional experience in product management • Experience in the wholesale and/or enterprise messaging space (SMS A2P, RCS/RBM) • Willingness to travel extensively, engage, learn, leverage your past to intelligently evolve the future • Telecom experience including rating, billing, fraud management, roaming, clearing, virtual number management, and CPaaS
