📋 Description
• Oversee all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting and regulatory reporting. • Lead the month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial information. • Manage audit processes across the business. • Supervise and coordinate all accounting operations for a smooth month-end close. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting. • Responsibility for overall GL and financial audits. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements. • Perform forecasting updates and variance analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA/ACCA) gained working in an Audit role, with post qualification experience working in a controller position. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance controller roles. • Experience with IFRS reporting requirements at a global company including IFRS 16. • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Agility, aptitude and experience of tools and systems – NetSuite / BPC / Salesforce. • Proven track-record of improving financial processes and internal controls. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
