Description
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting. • Develop internal control policies and procedures. • Supervise and coordinate all accounting operations to ensure a smooth month-end close. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting. • Prepare and publish monthly financial reporting requirements. • Lead the audit process as the primary contact for auditors. • Manage and comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings. • Optimise tools in Netsuite and Microsoft to implement strong internal controls. • Coach and develop the Assistant Controller.
Requirements
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/ACCA) gained working in an Audit role, with post qualification experience working in a controller position. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance controller roles.
