📋 Description
• Be aware that this position is completely Remote but our working hours are Central European Time (+/- 2h) • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to take full ownership of our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. • In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy to drive informed decisions across all departments. • Your expertise will help us leverage data to enhance our educational offerings and operational efficiency. • Your main tasks will include: Data Warehouse Management, Reporting and Consultation, Documentation and Best Practices, Team Enablement, Advanced Analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of data architecture and financial principles • Solid experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools • Proven experience in building and managing data warehouses and data pipelines • Strong skills in data storytelling, able to present complex information clearly and compellingly • Experience leveraging AI for data analysis • Proficiency in building business reports that drive strategic actions • Experience with Looker Studio and BigQuery is key • Familiarity with tools like Fivetran, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hightouch is a plus • Fluent in English • Based in Berlin is preferred • Independent work capability • Cross-functional teamwork • Effective communication at all levels • Integrity, Curiosity & Growth • Initiative, Proactivity, and Enthusiasm • Eagerness to learn and a commitment to execution • Passion for Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology.
