Description

• We’re looking for a skilled Website Developer to elevate our online presence, create engaging user experiences, and drive sustainable growth. • Ensure our website is technically robust and optimized for performance, scalability, and organic traffic generation. • Passionate about combining technical expertise with data-driven optimization and forward-looking SEO strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling websites with Webflow • Coding Experience (language of choice) • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design • Experience implementing automated SEO solutions and optimizing for AI-driven search • Proficient in analyzing website metrics, extracting insights, and making data-driven improvements • Solid project management, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team • Familiarity with AI-based technologies in web development is an advantage • Proficiency in German is a plus • Integrity, Curiosity & Growth Initiative, Proactivity, and Enthusiasm • Eagerness to learn and a commitment to execution • Passion for Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology.
