• We are toogeza, a Ukrainian recruiting company focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. • Currently, we are looking for a Sales QA Analyst for NewHomesMate. • In this role, you will ensure that our sales team consistently delivers a high-quality, consultitative & educational experience to every potential homebuyer. • You’ll build, implement and optimize a comprehensive quality assurance process, identify opportunities for automation, and help drive continuous improvement in the performance of our 65 sales experts. • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program with clear criteria and benchmarks to evaluate the performance of our sales experts. • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of sales interactions to ensure they meet company standards, customer expectations, and adherence to best practices. • Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales quality and effectiveness. • Automate QA processes where possible, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Enablement teams to drive targeted training & development programs based on QA insights. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our sales quality processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a sales or customer success environment. • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to evaluate and coach sales performance effectively. • Experience in building and optimizing QA processes from scratch would be beneficial • Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to improve QA workflows would be beneficial • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to sales professionals. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
