Description
•Responsible for certification process delivery for local clients •Support quality assurance and audits •Collect and analyze HR insights •Participate in workshops and webinars •Help translate process materials and surveys
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in HR (or equivalent) •Minimum 3 years of experience in HR •Strong HR knowledge •Good client-facing and internal communication skills •Fluent in English and Hindi •Fluent in any other additional language is advantageous •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
