• Join our innovative team at Alkira, Inc., a Network Infrastructure On-Demand company • We offer a NaaS (Network as a Service) solution to help customers connect their applications and users running in the cloud or on-prem • In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving compliance endeavors within the company • Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with internal stakeholders such as engineering, sales, product, HR, and more, to ensure that existing processes adhere to the company's compliance standards and regulatory requirements • Furthermore, you will participate in the development of prototype solutions, crafting technical content and presentations • You will engage with clients and partners to architect their cloud network solutions, with a direct influence on shaping the Alkira solution's roadmap • This multifaceted role encompasses both inbound and outbound activities
Requirements
• BS / MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field • 1+ years of experience in technical marketing, sales engineering or engineering organization • Strong technical foundation in networking and network services technologies • Thorough understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and customer implementations including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) • Experience with multi-tenant cloud applications delivered in a SaaS model • Ability to produce content for product marketing and draft design guides for field enablement • Scripting experience is highly desired • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrate passion and willingness to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment • Start-up experience and understanding of compliance requirements for SaaS solutions will be a plus
