• Interested in helping develop high-quality documentation? • Enjoy a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment? • Develop high-quality documentation for services and features, including, but not limited to, user guides, blogs, UI text and internal and external how-to deployment guides. • Ability to develop customer facing documentation from highly technical product requirements and engineering feature documents. • Work closely with engineering, customer support, product management, and other stakeholders to gather information, develop documentation for a targeted audience. • Conduct thorough research and analysis of technical information to ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to date. • Maintain content for and manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn the products, work as an integral part of the product team. • Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards. • Ensure all documentation is user-friendly and tailored to the needs of the target audience, including both technical and non-technical users. • Prepare content for online delivery and publishing.
• Minimum 5-7 years of content development experience with enterprise networking. • Cloud Service Provider company, API and Terraform experience is preferred. • Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment, where tools, processes, and deliverables are not necessarily predefined. • Must have excellent verbal communication skills, flexibility, the ability to manage priorities, familiarity with traditional and agile software development life cycles, and the ability to interact with all levels within the development organization. • Experience producing technical and business documentation. • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner. • Experience with tools like Github and proficiency with reStructuredText in python programming language, HTML for documentation publishing. • Experience with video and GIF tools.
