• At Torc, we have always believed that autonomous vehicle technology will transform how we travel, move freight, and do business. • A leader in autonomous driving since 2007, Torc has spent over a decade commercializing our solutions with experienced partners. • Join us and catapult your career with the company that helped pioneer autonomous technology, and the first AV software company with the vision to partner directly with a truck manufacturer. • We’re looking for software engineering professionals to join a team focused on monitoring and assisting our fleet of autonomous driving vehicles. • As a software engineer, you will be responsible for creating full-stack solutions hosted on cloud services focused on visualizations for remote assistance. • Our team collaborates frequently in many different forms including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and many ad-hoc discussions/brainstorming/troubleshooting/pairing sessions over zoom or slack.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 6+ years of experience in Industry or Graduate School • Proficiency in cloud services and architectures (AWS, Azure) • Proficiency in current web technologies (HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/JSON) • Proficiency in development and troubleshooting of JavaScript libraries such as React • Proficiency using version control and CI/CD systems (Git) • Test automation principles and design • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • A strong willingness to learn and work with new tools.
