โข The Lead Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the lead generation and intake process, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, lead operations, and intake teams. โข This role will be responsible for monitoring lead flow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving data tracking, and ensuring high lead quality and conversion rates. โข This role requires strong analytical skills, technical know-how, and a process-driven mindset to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead operations. โข The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, performance marketing operations, and intake process management with a deep understanding of how to track, analyze, and improve lead flow through automation, reporting and quality control measures.
โข Experience in lead generation operations, performance marketing, or intake process management (mass tort legal industry experience is a plus) โข 3+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on digital lead flow and intake processes โข Strong technical and analytical skills, will experience working in ClickUp, Looker, Tableau, or other reporting tools โข Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/lead management platforms โข Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment โข Ability to troubleshoot issues in lead routing, intake systems, and reporting dashboards โข Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing and intake teams โข Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for operational efficiency โข Experience in mass tort, legal marketing, or high-volume lead processing is a plus
