📋 Description
• The Lead Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the lead generation and intake process, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, lead operations, and intake teams. • This role will be responsible for monitoring lead flow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving data tracking, and ensuring high lead quality and conversion rates. • This role requires strong analytical skills, technical know-how, and a process-driven mindset to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead operations. • The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, performance marketing operations, and intake process management with a deep understanding of how to track, analyze, and improve lead flow through automation, reporting and quality control measures.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in lead generation operations, performance marketing, or intake process management (mass tort legal industry experience is a plus) • 3+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on digital lead flow and intake processes • Strong technical and analytical skills, will experience working in ClickUp, Looker, Tableau, or other reporting tools • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/lead management platforms • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to troubleshoot issues in lead routing, intake systems, and reporting dashboards • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing and intake teams • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for operational efficiency • Experience in mass tort, legal marketing, or high-volume lead processing is a plus
