📋 Description
• Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) is an award-winning provider of full lifecycle program, investment, and security management consulting services. • TSTC seeks a Proposal Coordinator to drive responses to RFPs and RFIs effectively and competitively. • Provide End-to-End Proposal Management by overseeing proposal preparation, revision, and submission. • Coordinate inputs from technical, management, and finance teams. • Applicants MUST reside in a SBA designated HUBZone.
🎯 Requirements
• BS or BA preferred • At least 4 years of federal government proposal and contract management • Knowledge of both DHS and DoD agencies • Skilled in MS office suite • Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes tasks. • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs • Familiarity with RFI/RFQ process and procedures • Maintains flexibility to work extended hours as needed. • Experience with VT Docs and Next Stage preferred. • MUST reside in an SBA designated HUBZone.
