Description

• Help build functional systems that improve customer experience • Deploy product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations that meet customer needs • Analyze current technology and develop steps to improve and expand upon them • Work closely with engineering professionals to maintain hardware and software for project completion • Work with command line and create scripts for task automation • Configuration for Ubuntu Linux and Amazon Linux • Develop and maintain CI/CD process, and development/release cycles for applications • Use configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, terraform • Build and handle VMs • Manage software firewalls and additional security layers • Operate in Linux with proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash • Manage AWS services such as Aurora, DynamoDB, EC2, etc. • Understand risk management and report risks as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of DevOps experience • 1+ years of programming experience • Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience • Proficiency in development and release cycles • Good written and spoken command of English • Strong knowledge of Networking and underlying protocols • Experience creating and maintaining scripts for task automation • Strong knowledge on Web servers (Nginx) • Preferred Scripting languages proficiency: PHP , NodeJS, Python, Bash • Experience with Systems and Tools • Proactive, independent, curious, with a positive and collaborative attitude
