Description

• Lead the development and launch of innovative products that leverage the latest technologies and meet customer needs. • Define and guide high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, sales and marketing team to ensure that the product is developed on time and within budget. • Gather and analyze market data and customer insights to discover customer requirements, difficulties, and possibilities. • Create and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and user stories, and prioritize features and tasks based on business and customer value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations. • Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for each product, covering market targeting, pricing, distribution, marketing, and launch activities. • Measure and analyze product performance, feedback, and ROI using data, metrics, and user testing, and iterate and improve products based on insights and learnings. • Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • More than 3 years of relevant experience as technical product manager, product owner or similar role in a software or technology company. • Solid understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry, such as AI, Cloud, Blockchain, etc. • Experience in defining and managing product requirements, roadmaps and backlogs using agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, Kanban, etc. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure product outcomes. • Creative and customer-centric mindset, and has passion for creating solutions that solve customer problems and generate value. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
