Description

• Lead the development and launch of innovative products leveraging latest technologies. • Define and guide high-level goals and roadmaps, monitor progress, and define functional requirements. • Gather and analyze market data and customer insights to discover customer requirements. • Define and communicate the product vision, value proposition, positioning, and differentiation. • Create and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritize features based on value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation plans match expectations. • Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for each product covering multiple activities. • Measure and analyze product performance using data and iterate based on insights. • Stay updated on latest technologies and explore new ways to leverage them for innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • More than 3 years of relevant experience as technical product manager, product owner or similar role in a software or technology company. • Solid understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry, such as AI, Cloud, Blockchain, etc. • Experience in defining and managing product requirements, roadmaps and backlogs using agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, Kanban, etc. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure product outcomes. • Creative and customer-centric mindset, and has passion for creating solutions that solve customer problems and generate value. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
