📋 Description

• Solve UX problems, define intuitive user flows, low and high-fidelity mockups, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design effectively using a creative approach. • Define innovative and consistent UI components and interfaces based on our guidelines and on client brand specifications. • Inspect final designs and troubleshoot usability other QA issues. • Be flexible and open to alternative solutions from the development team. • Develop and execute all creative projects and design production with strategic, creative visual storytelling. • Research and search for inspiration for new concepts, trends, and design techniques. • Conduct user research to understand target audiences, gather insights, and identify user needs and behaviors. • Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions that align with the company’s objectives. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. • Develop visually appealing and functional user interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver cohesive designs. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs iteratively. • Maintain and contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms. • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and innovation. • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and create inclusive experiences for all users. • Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet high-quality standards. • Use data-driven approaches, including A/B testing and analytics, to optimize user experiences. • Solve design challenges creatively while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, in-house, and/or agency. • Experience working directly with internal and external clients. • Natural design sensibility and a creative eye toward solving business issues. • Dedicated to finding creative solutions to design problems, always considering new visual ways to effectively communicate messages across platforms and channels. • Ability to maintain composure and articulate directives in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment. • Ability to stay organized, manage, and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cultural, design, technology and business trends. • Good knowledge with UI/UX design principles, precision and holds all work to a high standard. • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the prototype tools such as Figma. • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) After Effects & Premiere Pro are not mandatory, but a plus. • Maintain a positive outlook and spread the same to the rest of the team. • Ability to be comfortable working in ambiguity and take initiative to test and refine design approaches as needed. • Ability to add strategic design thinking to projects, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance user experiences and business outcomes.
