• Payroll Data Preparation: Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing data necessary for payroll processing. • Preparation of Payment Orders: Support the creation and processing of payment orders. • Issuance of Client Invoices: Prepare and issue invoices for clients. • Monitoring Client Payments: Track incoming payments and reconcile accounts. • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. • Assistance with Financial Audits: Provide support during financial audits. • Communication with Clients and Internal Teams: Manage client communication related to invoices. • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks related to the finance department.
• Exceptional communication skills • Strong English skills, both in speech and writing • Good Excel skills or strong determination and willingness to learn • Understanding of business etiquette and correspondence • Highly organized, sensitive to details • Strong logic and analytical skills • Experience with writing documentation and/or procedures is a bonus
