This role demands a strategic, analytical, and creative approach to content development, audience insights, and community-building. • Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute high-quality, high-impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Position Sam as the go-to brand for women navigating complex life transitions. • Cultivate relationships with our audience, facilitating meaningful conversations and increasing brand engagement. • Support and analyze social media campaigns to optimize performance, engagement, and impact. • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and industry shifts to inform strategy. • Track, analyze, and refine content performance based on analytics and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• A graduate or current student with a demonstrated passion for digital strategy, audience engagement, and brand storytelling. • A high performer with a track record of excellence in academics, leadership, or digital marketing. • An exceptional communicator, capable of crafting compelling, research-backed narratives for a discerning audience. • Strategically minded, able to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. • Autonomous and proactive, capable of executing projects with minimal oversight while maintaining exceptional quality standards. • Familiar with social media analytics, campaign strategy, and audience segmentation. • Experience with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights is a plus.
