• Design an advanced foreign language course for an eLearning environment. • Ensure instructional integrity and educational effectiveness of training materials. • Employ adult learning theory, foreign language methodology, and learner-centric strategies. • Collaborate with SMEs and ID team members on advanced learning activities. • Design complex level branching and intrinsic feedback loops for engagement. • Utilize technology-based workflow resources like MS Teams and SharePoint.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as an eLearning designer/developer of IMI Level 2-3. • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related discipline. • Specialization in Instructional Systems Design or Instructional Design Technology. • Degree in Applied Linguistics or working knowledge of foreign language learning methodology. • 5 years’ experience in the Instructional Design field. • Firm understanding of the ADDIE system of design and evaluation. • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities in a cross-cultural environment. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities may change. • U.S. citizen and eligible for government security clearance. • Samples of level 3 storyboards or a design portfolio required.
