• fundierte Kenntnisse im Plattform-Engineering und in Infrastruktur als Code, insbesondere mit Terraform • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Self-Service-Plattformen für Entwicklerteams • in der Lage, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln • Bedürfnisse von Entwickler:innen und Stakeholdern verstehen und Lösungen passgenau darauf abstimmen • fließend in Englisch kommunizieren, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich • Kenntnisse in anderen Cloud-Providern wie Azure und GCP sowie in Monitoring-Tools wie Datadog – ein Plus, aber kein Muss
