• TraceAir is growing rapidly and looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and empower a small but talented sales development team to hit and exceed their quotas • Responsible for keeping the team fired up, ensuring they have the training and tools to hit their quotas, and establishing world-class sales tactics across a number of channels • Work with narrow construction segments where the quality and variety of outreach trump quantity
• 3-5 years in a leadership role • 2-3 years of technical experience overseeing CRM, automation tools, scrapping, etc. • 1-2 years of Sales Development experience with stellar performance • Expert in cold calls and cold emails with hard numbers to back it up • Experience with other outreach channels (E.g., LinkedIn, SMS, GIFs/videos, physical mail) • Experience building and optimizing new outreach channels • Experience with the construction industry is a plus • Experience in mid-size B2B sales
