Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing • Perform testing of web-based software • Certify quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer needs • Assess system and platform requirements and ensure they are met • Inspect and analyze new components and data in enterprise-level information systems • Ensure quality issues are identified and resolved • Develop methods and procedures for inspection, testing, and sampling • Design, develop, and maintain QA Automation scripts with available tools • Evaluate Automation tool needs and offer solutions • Record results of testing artifacts and procedures • Use and maintain a Test Case Management System • Stay current on new technologies and participate in knowledge-sharing events • Participate in System Design and Enhancement meetings

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience working as a QA Specialist or comparable role • Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and procedures • TraceGains Product knowledge preferred • Experience developing Software or QA Automation • Microsoft SQL Server (SQL, table management, ETL) • Advanced troubleshooting skills • Food & Beverage and Supplements industry experience a plus • Advanced knowledge of cloud solutions • Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change • Occasional travel required for department meetings, all company events, in-person seminars/networking events, etc.
