Description
• You will develop long-term strategies for traceless’s international supply chain for primary raw materials and define the distribution strategy for our by-products, ensuring sustainable and competitive sourcing. • You will qualify strategic suppliers in the field of agricultural raw materials. • Based on your strategy, you will manage relationship building with key suppliers and lead collaborations to success – from initial contact through supplier qualification to contract negotiation. • You will secure a continuous and profitable supply for our future industrial traceless facilities, ensuring that supply chains meet the highest quality and sustainability standards. • You will continuously expand our international network of suppliers and by-product customers, working closely with the traceless team, especially with senior management, operations, supply chain management, product development, and sales. • You will bring market and supplier insights into the company and derive innovation potentials and strategic recommendations for company development to position traceless as a leader in the compostable biomaterials industry.
Requirements
• You have a university degree in a technical or business subject or a comparable education, have at least 10 years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on supply chain and sales • You have international experience in agribusiness, in particular raw material procurement and by-product sales • You enjoy developing strategic concepts • You are characterized by a high level of technical and professional competence and creativity in finding solutions • You are business fluent in German and English • Experienced handling of MS Office and D365 Business Central is an advantage • You have very good communication skills and negotiation experience • You have a hands-on mentality and think innovatively and solution-oriented • You are a team player and have a sense of humor • You are willing to travel nationally and internationally
