•Global GTM Operations Team •At TRACTIAN the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the systems and processes that support our GTM, Product, and Operations teams and directly impact our customer experience. •What you will do: •As a BI Analyst, you will work daily with HubSpot, Metabase, and BigQuery to ensure the extraction and analysis of reliable data. Your primary focus will be assisting the GTM Ops team in optimizing efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success while improving observability and automation across multiple functions. This role requires an energetic and proactive individual who can provide both technical and strategic support to drive business success.
🎯 Requirements
•2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries. •2+ years of professional experience in a data-intensive role, such as business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights. •Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms. •Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery. •Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and automation. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset •Aligns with our mission and values of Tractian
