🎯 Requirements
• +2 years in recruitment, focusing on Sales and Marketing or related fields. • Experience in recruiting for Growth, Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, and Digital Marketing. • Deep understanding of marketing methodologies, metrics, and KPIs. • Proven track record of hiring top-level talent in tech companies, startups, or digital marketing agencies. • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in international recruitment. • Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
