• Design and implement a robust, scalable backend platform • Lead development of reusable libraries and APIs • Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers • Optimize backend systems for performance • Stay abreast of emerging backend technologies and industry best practices • Regularly evaluate and refactor backend systems • Ensure comprehensive documentation of backend architecture
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 5+ years of backend development experience • Deep expertise in backend technologies including Node.js, Go, MongoDB, CockroachDB and RESTful API development • Familiarity with backend build pipelines, continuous integration/deployment processes (GitHub Actions) • Experience in managing state in distributed systems, understanding of microservices architecture • Proficient in backend testing frameworks, knowledge of system testing best practices • Solid grasp of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, and data modeling for scalability and performance • Proven problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail
