• Machine Learning at TRACTIAN • The Machine Learning department at TRACTIAN focuses on developing and deploying sophisticated models that automate complex industrial tasks. • These engineers train models using state-of-the-art techniques to improve predictions, optimize machine performance, and anticipate equipment failures. • Their work enables TRACTIAN to push the boundaries of what predictive maintenance can achieve, turning raw data into intelligent algorithms that continually learn and adapt to new information. • As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the intersection of machine learning and software development, designing and building robust, scalable systems to support machine learning models and algorithms. • Your primary responsibilities will involve integrating machine learning solutions into production environments while ensuring that they are maintainable, efficient, and scalable. • You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate complex machine learning models into production-ready code, primarily using Golang, Rust, and Python. • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, combined with a solid understanding of machine learning principles.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field. • Strong programming experience in Golang and Rust, with the ability to write efficient, scalable code. • Proficiency in Python for machine learning and data-related tasks. • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, but with a primary focus on software engineering and system integration. • Experience in building and optimizing machine learning pipelines, and deploying models into production environments. • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and code testing. • Experience working with distributed systems and cloud environments. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
