Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. • +4 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably within an in-house talent acquisition team. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
