Description
• Develop and enhance comprehensive, industry-relevant curricula for technical project management courses. • Conduct engaging and interactive classes, workshops, and project simulations. • Facilitate practical project scenarios and case studies that mirror real-world challenges. • Teach agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and project management tools. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. • Organize guest speaker sessions and workshops with experienced project managers. • Offer personalized mentorship and support to students. • Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' project management plans and deliverables. • Collaborate with other instructors and the curriculum development team to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven professional experience as a technical project manager, leading and successfully delivering complex projects. • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including traditional and agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello. • Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or instructional design is advantageous but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex project management concepts in a clear and understandable manner. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
