•Develop and enhance comprehensive, up-to-date curricula for UX/UI design courses, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, emerging trends, and design tools. •Conduct engaging and interactive classes, workshops, and design exercises to effectively teach UX/UI principles, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies. •Guide students through real-world design projects and challenges that simulate industry scenarios, encouraging creativity and critical thinking. •Conduct regular design reviews and critiques to provide constructive feedback and mentorship. •Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and design tools in the UX/UI field, integrating relevant advancements into the curriculum. •Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students from diverse backgrounds can actively participate. •Assist students in developing and refining their design portfolios, providing guidance on showcasing their work effectively. •Organize and participate in design workshops, design sprints, portfolio reviews, and other design-related events. •Offer guidance and support to students through regular office hours, email, and other communication channels. •Collaborate with other instructors and the curriculum development team to continually enhance the learning experience.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. •Proven professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and design solutions. •Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant software. •In-depth understanding of UX/UI design principles, user-centred design (UCD), and design thinking methodologies. •Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or instructional design is advantageous but not mandatory. •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts in a clear and understandable manner. •Passion for education, design, and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their design journey. •Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
